Ford Custom Security Software Update, Owner problems still in 2019

Here we take a look at the situation that a Ford Transit Custom Customer is in. He told us he had been in touch with Ford and that his van was not on their list to be recalled to have the security software implemented. Lucky for this customer he had seen the test I had instructed Ford Custom owners to do in my previous videos and knew that he was still vulnerable. So he drove down to see me here at Sussex Installations in Eastbourne and I confirmed that he had some very big security problems even thought he had paid out a considerable amount of money on van security.
We were able to offer a solution for this customer and make this video at the same time so that we can warn other Ford Custom owners.
