Testimonials

We recently had an attempted break-in to one of our commercial vehicles and Sussex Installations assisted us with a future-proof repair to help protect the vehicle going forward. Charlotte was professional, organised and excellent to deal with from start to finish, keeping everything running smoothly. Danny, who carried out the work, was equally impressive - extremely courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. It's refreshing to deal with a company that takes pride in its service and delivers a professional job from beginning to end, like we also do. Highly recommended! Thank you to Charlotte and Danny for making the whole process so straightforward.

Great addition to my van adding a little bit more security

What a great company to deal with. Quality work done on my van, very happy indeed. The installer Matt is even a magician, I had a check engine fault light on and asked if they had an ODB reader to see what the fault was. He sprinkled some magic fairy dust over my van, and hey presto the check engine fault cleared. What a guy. Just a pity it was a 600 mile drive to get there, access to Matt is limited.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Sussex Installations to anyone looking to get van security products. The team recommended and installed, in person, the correct products to secure my van against intrusion. The technicians are very knowledgeable and customer care is great. I had a minor sound issue with one of the products due to an unique quirk of my van and this was fixed free of charge in a follow up. The installation quality is also spot on, it makes the actual locks on the van look like the aftermarket ones in comparison. I will be back if I ever need another van fitting out.

Customer service was exceptional. I've not even received the product yet, from initial call through to ordering, I have to say Charlotte's customer service was second to none, No pushy sales and great information.

We had one of our fleet VW Transporters broken into, in London. We did have an internal shield fitted which did it's job but, as the pictures show, they kept peeling the skin back until the cable was revealed. Unfortunately the driver hadn't deadlocked the van, so all the drivers power tools were stolen. We contacted Sussex Installations for help with the repair, and suggested the larger plate to cover the damage and the internal stealth plates to stop the potential of cutting around the plate. Very quick getting the parts sent out. All fitted with clear instructions. Very happily with the result. Just having the plate covered with vinyl and letters for the sign put on. Lesson learnt to always dead lock the van. Thanks again

Absolutely amazing service from Sussex installations. They're very knowledgeable about the specifics of van security which gives you absolute confidence in their advice. Really went the extra mile with cleaning, sealing and lubricating all the cut parts of the door before fitting the locks to prevent corrosion. 5 stars!!

Excellent service and very very fast delivery. Highly recommend this company. First class service.

Great product and fast delivery.

Van was broken into on Tuesday, after a call on Wednesday the van was booking in for Thursday morning. All new deadlocks fitted and they put on extra large cover plates so we didnt have to replace the damaged doors!

Was invaluable to have the vehicle back on the road by noon Thurday, excelent service.

Its a shame so many vans are getting broken into, but its brilliant to know when you do get done you have amazing people to get you back earning money ASAP!

Brilliant service from Jeff and the team at Sussex Installations. Professional and courteous, they did the security upgrade work on my van very quickly on the day. Can't fault them.

i have purchased many items from Sussex installations over the years and used them in our crash repair business . The service and product have always been consistantly first class from point of order , delivery , quality and ease of installation .

The lastest repair plates we purchased came with the additional stealth trap ....what a fantastic invention .

Had my van broken into and needed my doors secured asap saw Sussex installation online gave them a quick call and within 24hr had steel plates fitted to the inside and outside my van worked out cheaper than getting a whole new door plus now its got added security

The job itself very neat and tidy

Would definitely recommend

A genuinely fantastic company. I couldn't recommend these guys enough.

5 years after my initial installation of new locks and keys, I some how lost all the sets of keys! I phoned up and the lady had told me it would be a two week wait as the suppliers were on break which couldn't be helped.

The lady phoned me up shortly after and had sourced it through another company, I had a new set of keys within a day or two. A company who really looks after their customers and goes above and beyond. Thanks again guys 👍🏻

Fast service , ordered and within the hour had confirmation it had been processed and was given a tracking order. Expecting to be delivered tomorrow. Messaged seller requesting a VAT invoice, received within 20 mins -Great service thank you

Excellent customer service, dealt with my enquiry promptly and helped me source the parts required. Parts arrived the next working day- brilliant company

That's a second time I've used their services. This time before someone tried to break into our van. Unfortunately that wasn't the case the first time, but we have learned from it.

The whole order, booking in a date and installation process could be easier and better. Not to mention the quality of installation itself - pure perfection.

I highly recommend using Sussex Installations for all you can security needs as they quickly became our go to place.

Excellent service and installation.

Hi,

Sussex installations have very kindly installed 4 deadlocks and 2 slam locks to my Citroen berlingo van, along with a central locking wiring alteration.

The installation was amazing, very neat and didn't take very long at all; I am so happy with the result. I definitely feel better knowing that my van is far more secure now.

The installation team down at Sussex installations are great; very knowledgeable, friendly and take their time to make sure you know how to use the locks effectively.

The customer service was excellent. I was not available during the week to get the locks fitted, so they kindly made themselves available for a Saturday.

There are tonnes of videos on their website about each type of lock, maintaining the locks, individual vehicles and their compatible products etc.

The company take each vehicle, look at the weak points and find solutions to tackle them.

I can see why they are so highly regarded. If you need locks fitted to your vehicle, look no further than Sussex installations, you will not be disappointed.

Thank you so much for your service, Sussex installations, I will be recommending you to everyone I know! 👍

Harry

Quality van locks, decided to install myself. Instructions were clear, have had the locks on my van for a few weeks and they work perfectly. Next to zero movement in the doors if you forget to unlock these and try to open the doors. Im confident my van is much more secure. Will definitely buy again for future vans.

Very professional installation of two hook locks. High level of skill, could not be replicated diy. Took the time to explain about installation/security. Highly professional company, could not be happier. Highly recommended. Mark Ward

Went back for more locks, this time dead locks on cab doors.

Couldn't be happier. Super friendly and professional. such a speedy fit and work and look great. Many thanks once again!

I've just helped my son fit one of your plates to a SWB Ford Connect. Thieves had damaged his sliding door when they stole his tools.

The plate fitted perfectly and was easy to fit. We are really pleased with it. I would highly recommend these guys, their workmanship is second to none. Thank you very much 👍

Deadlocks fitted to our motorhome today.

Fantastic service from Matt and the team. Highly recommended for any type of security for your van!! Thank you Matt

Highly professional advice and service on added security to my sprinter campervan. I would recommend.

Excellent product and Outstanding customer service! I chose Sussex installations to fit security locks to my van and couldnt be happier with the result. Quality locks fitted to a high standard by Matt, Fully demonstrated and some good tips provided. 5 stars richly deserved!

Excellent Service from Start to Finish

Sussex Installations provided outstanding support after my van was broken into. From the first contact, every member of staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The fitter did a fantastic job - the repair looks great, and they left the van clean and tidy. I really appreciated the care and attention to detail throughout. Highly recommended!

These guys both Andrew and Gavin who I only contacted yesterday for the first time were incredibly helpful in sorting out a difficult damage problem with a superb solution big thanks for your patience and guidance, this could have cost several hundreds of pounds solve for under £150 couldn't recommend them enough

After a bit of research following one of our fleet being broken into, we decided to try one of the internal latch plates. Quality is very good and really sturdy once installed. Installation instructions are really easy to follow and was installed in about half hour. Can't report on how well it works and hopefully won't ever have to but at least it's the weak point of the latch covered

Was really impressed with this that we will likely be fitting it to the whole fleet

Very satisfied with the equipment received.

Delivery was quite fast.

The license plates are very easy to install and fit the bodywork perfectly. For the locks, you need to know a little bit about DIY, but there are installation instructions with diagrams.

TOP

Great service, couldn't recommend enough! We had 2 vans plated due to both our vans getting broken into, our issue was resolved extremely fast and handled perfectly!

Excellent.... everything as it should be, highly recommend.

Excellent kits with easy to follow instructions. Thanks you.

Excellent company. Fitted a new lock mechanism and oversized steel plate. Very reasonable prices. Companies in london kept messing me about. So I drove from London to Eastbourne to Sussex Installations. They are brilliant. I highly recommend this business

I can only wish of running a company as efficiently as these guys. Unfortunately van security has become a very important necessity in today's society and these guys just get it. Their pure passion about this sector and their understanding of the importance of securing your van quickly shines through. A company who is willing to sell their own products for you to install at home with amazing support to help you do so and missing out on installation payments speaks volumes of their commitment to the cause. I ordered mid afternoon one day and had the products on my doorstep by midday the day after. Thank you once again for your amazing service! Please keep up the good work.

Recently had my VW T6 fitted with locks from Sussex Installations. Nothing but good service from start to finish. Very impressive !

Quality service.

From the initial call, a visit to discuss the finer details and then installation itself, the team at Sussex Installations have been fabulous.

I thought the work was great value, very well executed and the interactions with everyone there has been superb. The whole team are friendly, knowledgeable and I cant recommend these guys highly enough.

Matt was excellent - efficient and helpful. Thanks also to Charlotte and Gavin for their help too.

Hallo Sussex team,

This was my second time using them and I highly recommend their services. Innovative, Professional & Friendly 👍

I bought a new Transit Custom back in 2019 and the team at Sussex Installations arranged to come up to my house in Croydon and fit the Platinum Package.

The service was excellent and they've helped me a few times with spares and advice over the years.

I'm now planning to pop down to Eastbourne to add internal and external shields to the rear / side doors as a preventative measure and to try and deter thieves from testing my deadlocks.

I highly recommend Sussex Installations and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my van.

Called for some advice on van security and got some really helpful guidance from Charlotte on the phone. I placed an order for a OBD port protector the same day it arrived a couple of days later. Fantastic service, highly recommend!

Sussex Installations know through years of experience and their incredible customer service, how to add another layer of security to your van to help tradespeople not become another victim of vehicle crime. Their products are rigorously designed and tested to deter the opportunists who commit tool theft. Their Lock shield's and locks are made from high quality Stainless steel. I can't fault the service they supply, from booking to installation the process was extremely smooth, really can't recommend them highly enough. We are a repeat customer, they even colour coded our external Lock Shield, which was a really nice touch to finish off an excellent job.

Excellent service from start to finish!

Needed hook locks fitting urgently to a new van.

Charlotte was brilliant in organising from start to finish. Very knowledgeable. Actually informed me of soft close doors that had been fitted to the van. Even the main dealership didn't let me know.

Quality of workmanship was excellent.

I will definitely recommend & would use Sussex installations again.

Had the platinum package installed today for my transit custom by Matt.

For the second time request the services os Sussex Installation.

Thanks so mutch to the whole team that can develop the safety of my van and tools, certainly the best company in this topic.

Everything was flawless and I'd highly recommend the company.

Really pleased and can't thank Matt enough for such a remarkable service

Really a breath of fresh air to deal with Charlotte at Sussex Installations, I can't praise them enough honestly. I ordered a van cylinder online and Charlotte was in touch by phone straight away to let me know the order was being processed, and also having looked at my order offered me a better alternative, at no extra cost, this was in the afternoon, and she still got it out to me next morning, again at no extra cost. Really friendly and really helpful.

Ordered the internal and external lock plates for my Transit Custom, really quick delivery and fantastic quality.

Good clear instructions too.

Would definitely recommend them and will use them in future.

We needed a repair shield for one of customers vans and Charlotte was very helpful

What a professional company!!!! From Charlotte on the phone through to Jeff and Danny creating a custom plate from the rear door of my Transit, my experience could not have been better. Helpfulness was the byword from the first contact. I cannot fault these people and would not think twice about using them again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! - Gilbert F

Good quality products at realistic prices buy with confidence. Well done.

Charlotte was great ! Called with questions after my van was broken into , she was friendly and informed , emailed me with options and solutions within minutes . Ordered what I needed and came quick and good quality

Had the platinum package installed today for my transit custom with external shields by Matt.

Got a phone call to let me know what time he was to arrive at my location. Fantastic service and product knowledge. Even got a 10/10 for my tea making skills. Excellent work. Highly recommend Sussex Installations for your go to security needs.

Thanks.

I found this company during lockdown on line , I was in the process of starting my own business with a lot of equipment going in to my van ie tools etc , after finding Jeff online posting videos about security on Vauxhall vivaro vans I looked no further , I booked in and drive 3 hours to them where they had my van fitted out with a package for me , it was more then I could ask for , 4 years later I took another van to Jeff and had another fitted out with same gear slam locks hook locks etc , I am always very impressed with what Jeff and his team has done on my vans and would suggest no one looks else where, I wanted originally not to have to travel that far but after looking locally where I live the reviews from a different company was things like drilled hole in wrong place , locks don't function, etc so I took a day off work and traveled to Jeff's , dropped van off at 9.30 took my dog for a walk all round the sea side for 4 hours a bit of lunch and had a bag of chips and found a lovely pub only minutes away from Jeff's a cheeky few pints and bang it was 4.30 and they where calling me to say it was ready , a swift walk round a few roads and bingo van was all done perfectly, I will always use this company the next time I have to replace the van it will be going straight to Jeff 👍👍

I had 6 vehicles secured in 2018, I am pleased to say that in 2024 I am still recieving 5 star after sales service and could not be hapier.

This fantastic company should not be overlooked, they are the best.

It's worth noting that in that time the issues I have had been minor and in the main operator error as opposed to shoddy kit failing.

Thank you Jeff

We had a stellar service. Technician was incredibly friendly, fast and we definitely recommend Sussex Installations.

superb service and advice, went beyond that and sourced me information and measurements so i did not have to rip a whole wall off my camper. quality products

Fantastic service arrived next day and very good quality products with clear fitting instructions

Really easy to install with the detailed instructions provided, feels very strong and sturdy and well built. Hopefully won't ever need to have the internal shield and external plate tested but if they do get attacked I'm sure they'll do their job

Cheers

I have ordered from you a few times and every time have received good service very happy with the service and products will continue to use in the future

Fantastic service. This is the second time I've used Sussex Installations, and I highly recommend it.

I've been following Sussex installations on social media for many years, to me they have always been the most knowledgeable van security company in the UK. I have just purchased the internal latch plates for my van and fitted them myself. baring in mind these are a product designed and manufactured in-house by Sussex Installations which have been made specifically to try and combat the van break-in epidemic. I didn't know what to expect when ordering online but the quality of products and the level or detail in the instruction manuals were fantastic. There are even a full set of photos specifically for my vehicle to aid the process and I managed to install them with ease. These are SOLID plates which fit perfectly into my the doors of my vehicle.

Well done Jeff and the team, you guys are helping hardworking trades to carry on working and to keep bread on people's tables. Top work 👍🏼

Good product and service highly recommended

Great service and fast order shipping.

Really pleased with the new locks fitted to my van. Great service and a great company to deal with. Thank you 😊🙌

Very happy with work carried out on my van ,professional clean work friendly staff top-notch

Excellent customer service and quality product.

Had issues , not related to product but installing, absolutely brilliant and fast response on queries. Helpful and extremely strong lock. Highly recommended.

Absolutely 100% without a doubt the place to go if you're worried about van security.

My van was broken into and within a week the damage was made safe (using their specifically designed armour plates). Which were self fitted.

Then within another week I went to their workshop where their engineers fitted more deadlocks to my van. The quality of workmanship is top notch and their staff are up to date on their knowledge of how vans need securing.

100/10. Would recommend.

Fitted all of the locks over a year ago and the instructions couldn't be more clear. Unfortunately some little toad still tried and drilled out the side door of my van so installed the repair plate. Again, a simple installation with the instructions supplied. A*****

5/5 Brought the side and rear shields and internal guard for transit, instructions on how to fit them were well detailed and clear with images and super easy to fit ( yes you have to drill though your van but a very simple processes), next day delivery as promised, Would Highly Recommend having them fitted. Only downside i would say is the powered coat does scratch easily

Excellent service! Highly recommend. Punctual and efficient. Matt installed alarm PIR sensors, and external and internal lock shields on two vans. He explained what he was doing and was very knowledgeable. All was completed in one day.

Wish we had done it sooner!

Not often I give 5 stars, web site is easy to navigate the product is of high quality, instructions are well presented and the post was on time so top marks.

Found out about this company from watching Skillbuilder on YouTube.I live in Europe and have a left hand drive Transit. Most of my family still live in the UK and recently went to visit them.I don't carry tools in my van but occasionally carry expensive bikes and have been a little paranoid about leaving them in the van. Sussex Installations to the rescue. I took the opportunity to stop off in Eastborne to have my van made secure before moving on to other parts of the UK. I wasn't sure if having a left hand drive would be a problem but SI assured me everything would be ok. Warm greeting when I dropped my van off, procedure was explained, regular phone updates re progress and work completed in a timely and professional manner. What's not to like. Would definitely recommend. It would also seem that that the security work has already paid for itself. Whilst I was visiting the Milton Keynes area I went to visit part of the Grand Union Canal. Car park was isolated but not that far from houses/civilisation. Came back from the walk with no idea of anything being untoward. Next day, when I was driving my van, heard a strange noise. Upon investigation I discovered that someone had used a disc cutter to cut the cable holding my spare wheel in place under the vehicle. I can't be 100% certain but I believe that, if it wasn't for the security features fitted onto my van, the thieving individual would have gained access to the inside of my van and stolen my bike that was in the back.By pure coincidence, of course, a brand new and unused spare wheel (fitting the description off my late departed one) appeared on EBay 2 days later. Collection in person wasn't available.

Exceptional service. Great product. Very professional team. What more can I say. I cant recommend Sussex Installations highly enough. If you want your van locks and security installed professionally and properly this is the clear choice. I ended up driving a 3,000km round trip to get Sussex Installations to install the door locks, handle shields and ECU shields on my beloved MB Sprinter and would do it again! Thank you!

Very efficient and lovely knowledgeable team great workmanship

very friendly and skilful engineer, very good quality products

Charlotte and the team spot onGreat communication, great service, efficient and quick.

Great products, speedy delivery and well packaged so that the products turned up in pristine condition. Very experienced company that understands the challenges of securing a commercial vehicle. Excellent video tutorials too so that you can also understand the weak points in the vehicle and how to make life more difficult for the criminal. Will definitely use again and highly recommend!

Very happy with the service from Sussex Installations.I was provided with a security product with fitting installations.Everything went according to plan.I would recommend Sussex Installations for your van security requirements.

Perfect lock for my iveco daily campervan. Amazing materials, super sturdy! Very happy with it.

I love this company! They fitted an alarm to my van back in 2019 and did an amazing job. Then 4 years later I have a problem with my keys not working - "Immobiliser active" is the message I'm getting so I give them a call thinking this is something to do with what they fitted. They were able to tell me exactly what they fitted (no immobiliser fitted by them) and suggest possible routes to solve the problem - which is now all fixed. I love the fact that they keep such good records of the work they do and have great follow up customer services - thank you Jeff and Charlotte.

Ordered lock shields for three vans, prompt delivery to ireland. Excellent fitting Instructions included, and an extremely well made product. Would highly recommend.

Many thanks to Charlotte and the team at Sussex Installations. Once again they have advised and supplied van protection items. First class service.

Great company very professional service will be buying more products for my van

Fast delivery & Easy to follow instructions. Thanks

1st class service fitting dead & hook locks to my Ford Tourneo Custom Campervan today. Thank you so much. After my wife watched some You Tube video's and declared she wanted Sussex Installations to fit the locks to our new vehicle, our engagement with SI has been top class. Our experience, from the initial contact & the advice received on what was & was not needed, to getting the keys after the fitting was complete has been brilliant. All contact has been friendly, professional & reassuring too.At their premises today too, Danny, Charlotte & Jeff were welcoming, friendly & looked after our campervan perfectly. Also the other young lady in the office. (My apologies, I didn't get her name) for her recommendation for lunch at the Alexandra Arms. It was spot on. It's now my favourite pub in Sussex)If you're thinking of improving security on your vehicle, give Sussex Installations a call, you'll not regret it. Was well worth the drive down from East London. My wife is delighted with the work done too.Thank you so much.

Very helpful and efficient. Good service. And very professional. Would use again.

This is the second time I've used SI.They installed a security package on my 1st van. I'm now running a second van, and got them to do the business on that. Can't really fault them. A very slick operation. They've moved to larger premises since my first visit, three or four years ago. They are manufacturing some products in-house, which was quite impressive.Glad to see them busy and doing well.Well deserved!

We purchased our item online and they kept us updated with our order and a very very prompt delivery

Thanks to the team, for repairing and securing my Transit within 2 days of it being broken into. I'm happy with the security, so far and will be adding additional security as soon as I can. It's good to receive such a professional service. Mark Steel.

Great service. Most pleasant lady in the office who arranged fitting. Fitter was most courteous and pfofessional. Great job.well done.Excellent

Friendly and professional team. What the world does not know about this company is that they do not intermediate the materials, they produce them in their small factory.I appreciate the companies that invest in people and equipment so that their work comes out as in the book.

After seeing Jeff's videos, I knew this guy knows exactly what he was talking about! My van has the hook locks already installed so I ordered the inner and outer shields and the peel and steel lock. It all came well packaged with great installation instructions! It took me about a day to install. Absolutely well chuffed how it turned out. Will probably look into getting the ghost immobiliser next. Just wanted to say a big thanks to Jeff and the team helping to protect us trades people. Will be using you guys again! Keep doing what you are doing

from start to finish you new they new what they were doing and felt comfortable knowing the job was going to get done was very pleased with finish productnew lock mechanics and plate to cover theft damage

Wow, I booked Sussex Installations to fit additional locks and a security plate to my Ducato based campervan back in early January, for fitting during a camping trip in late April. All went to plan. We were able to have a superb full English breakfast at The Sisters cafe nearby and walk into and look around Eastbourne before getting a call to say the locks and plate were done. The locks and plate look and perform as they should and the installers and office were staff were lovely.

I chose Sussex Installations to fit extra security on my van after having a proper conversation with Charlotte on the phone. She listened to me respectfully and was able to advise me on exactly what was needed to provide me with the most appropriate security extras. I felt she totally cared about me as a person, and made me feel confident in the company's ability to fit the security locks. I chose to have them visit me at home. Tony was like a machine! It was raining. It didn't put him off at all! He was a total expert, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. When he'd finished, my van's battery had gone flat and he didn't leave until he'd got me jump started! I have NO hesitation in recommending this compan. don't hesitate, just book them!

I've used Sussex installations before and had no hesitation in using them again to fit 3 extra locks to my Renault Trafic.Great from start to finish, Tony did a fantastic job. Very pleased with the work done, I'd recommend them to anyone who needs van security, they care about the work they do and it shows. Thanks

They supplied me with hook door locks to improve the security of my vehicle.

I've seen the extensive range of van security products and the excellent videos from the Sussex Installation website which impressed me with their meticulous attention to fitting detail. I drove down to the workshop and spent a couple of (very wet) hours in Eastbourne while the locks and door shield were fitted. Fantastic service- highly recommended. Thanks Tony and Charlotte

They installed Slam locks on my van a few years back which have been great. Also recently sent some dead lock replacements for an old set and now the key matches the slam locks. Great company to deal with and very helpful and professional .

After our van door was drilled by crooks we got in touch with Sussex Installations who had several solutions that we could use, some fitted, some mail order. We're very grateful as solutions were hard to find

Very helpful answering my questions, done a lovely job on the van and staff were friendly and walked me through everything they had done.

Bought deadlocks and door shields for relay van to install myself as I'm not local to Sussex. Good instructions provided for self fitting but also good to watch vids by others on YouTube for hints and tips

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sussex Installations for van security for my Renault trafic and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful.Matt, the installer, was a true standout. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with ease. He took the time to explain the installation process of the platinum security package and made sure I was comfortable with everything before he started. The attention to detail and high-quality workmanship were truly impressive and it was clear that Matt took pride in his work. The van security system included internal and external anti drilling plates, upgrades alarm system & hook locks. The install was top-notch and has exceeded my expectations. It's easy to use, and I feel much more secure knowing that my van and equipment are protected.I highly recommend Sussex Installations to anyone in need of van security. They truly go above and beyond to provide the best service and products, and Matt is a true asset to the team. Five stars all around!

Supplied some decent strong lock panels following a break in on some red doors.Thank you. Parts received within 36 hours of ordering. Simple to install, hard to break into

Very happy with my new dead locks, professional and reliable would highly recommend

Great product, great service. Ordered armoured shield for my van, they rang me the following day to make sure I was ordering the right one.

We came from France to Sussex Installations to put locks on two Sprinters. Very good work.

Absolutely top notch service. Deadlocks installed by them 8 months ago on my van. Very professional. A minor problem occurred recently with one lock, quick call and they were happy to take a look. Turned out everything was sound and as it should be, but they still checked everything out and even performed a lubrication service on the locks.Highly recommend if you are looking for van security.

Great advice and locks delivered next day its the second time iv used them excellent each time

Very very professional and helpful service. Will definitely use again.

Drove up from London as liked whst I read. Lived up to all the expectation as listed online.

Mercedes Vito deadlocks fitted on a crew van. Perfect installation and peace of mind knowing there is now a serious deterrent. Would definitely recommend.

After much research for a reputable service agent online I was confident that Sussex Installations could do the dead bolt installation job that I needed. I am 100% satisfied with the installation and all aspect of my encounter with the team. From Charlotte making the effort to meet my tight schedule To Danny's early morning greeting and explanations of the work to be done to Matt's walk through of how to use the new lock, all was super. Matt even took notice of an issue I was having with something unrelated to the new lock and suggested how it could be fixed. I also appreciated Jeff taking the time to talk with me about the security business. It's really important to see the passion that a small business team brings to their job and I felt great about buying their product.

One word - Outstanding

Had deadlocks and an immobiliser fitted by Sussex Installations, I left the van and keys with the team and left them to it.Incredibly impressed with the whole process from start to finish. Workmanship was 10/10 and communication was great. Definitley worth going with a reputable company such as this!

After an attempted break in to one of our vans, the help, advice and service, were exemplary. Thank you.

They came out &fitted the Platinum package to my van hook locks ,stainless steel plates to back barn doors,&sliding side door, with an update to the existing alarm system with sensor to detect movement in the back of the van. The work was very clean & professional & explained everything left me lubricant for the new locks told me when to lubricant them I was very impressed with this service mobile van to where I was working. My van is a Renault traffic & was drilled through the back door by scumbags. Sussex Installations have made the van a lot more secure Brilliant service second to none .

Great service lovely people

After checking out other companies selling the same type of security device we went for Sussex as they knew exactly what we needed, unlike others who could not decide between themselves even in the same office. Sussex were very helpful and gave great advice. Would certainly use them in the future.

Excellent service, excellent communication, recommend...

I purchased a security plate for a van at work, and I wrongly gave them the wrong feedback!!Someone from the company politely called me asking if I could change this which was not possible, so he decided to delete the feedback from eBay!! So Iv decided to leave a message on this platform, firstly it was very fast delivery, great item and easy instruction , and lastly great diagram!! Well done guys , a must buy!!

purchased a security plate to cover break in damage on a vehicle. easy to fit kit. was recommended by another company who used you because of similar experience of break in damage

Ordered 4 hook deadlocks for Ducato Camper van arrived next morning, brilliant service, easy job to fit if you have the necessary tools and skills.Highly recommend this company.Dave Hamilton (South Wales)

Hi Charlotte,I just wanted to say a very big thank you to all the team at Sussex Installations.I was super impressed by the way I was treated on Monday. From the welcome when I arrived to the time I left. Matt ? the guy who fitted the Ghost immobiliser was such a lovely guy and he was excellent in going through everything with me when the van was done a very thorough guy and I hope his wedding went well. The other fitter was also good I believe he was foreign but went out of his way to be helpful. It was also nice to meet Jeff after watching loads of his You Tube videos, he even thanked me for making the long journey which meant a lot.And finally but not least, a big thank you to you Charlotte. You were the first person I spoke to when I started all this and you were very helpful and informative on what was available and answered all my questions in a very professional way and I expect you have been told this before you have a lovely telephone voice.Once again thank you to the whole team at Sussex Installations.

Always a pleasure to deal with SI. Do exactly as they say, arrive on time and easy to deal with. Thanks again Jeff and the team and to Tony who fitted our Catlock. Will be using again.

As a Transit Custom campervan converter I'm always on the look out for reliable suppliers with good products at the right price, I'll certainly be a repeat customer.

I travelled from Kent to Sussex to have a full security package installed by Sussex Installations. The premises are easy to find and very professional as are all the staff. Sussex Installations completed all the security upgrades to my van, including alarm, dead locks etc in a very professional manner and quicker than I had expected. I had originally learnt about Sussex Installations via a couple of well known YouTube bloggers, who themselves, highly recommended Sussex Installations. In these difficult and troubling times, it is very difficult to have to except that there are scum bags out there who want to steal tools from vans, rather than do an honest days work themselves. But at least we have companies such as Sussex Installations watching our backs and making it that much harder for the scum bags to succeed! Highly recommend.

3 vehicles fitted in separate locations on the same day. Very happy thank you

Fantastic product! After seeing Sussex Installations on the skill builder channel I decided to buy the armour plates for my van after seeing a lot of other vans with puncture holes around the locks. The website was brilliant and very easy to order from, fast delivery, good communication and very well engineered and thought out product. The installation instructors are brilliant and I will be using this company for all of my van security products in future. Thank you.

Great company and brilliant customer service, had to drive a 100 plus miles from Watford Herts, but for the service and great install really worth the travel. Professional builder magazine Rodger done a brilliant review and video and because of this has put SUSSEX on the Map..Had installed via Matt. A 1. AUTOWATCH 695 , 2. autowatch wireles PIR and 3. ALA SWITCH HIGH POSITION DOOR SWITCH ..cost minus a 10% discount 589.47 Thanks Jeff

Prompt, clean and efficient. They may not be the cheapest in town, but the work done was superb. The van was cleaner after the technician left, than before!

Sussex installation service is superb. The admin team was very helpful by giving me options on what package to buy. Also The Engineer Mark who came out through there moblie installation service, was really friendly, knowledgeable and kept me well informed through the installation process. Would definitely recommend.

I found Sussex Installations to be extremely professional. The products they supplied were of the highest quality. Delivery is always very prompt and well packaged. When I initially purchased products on-line that they did not recommend as essential, they contacted me and suggested I may wish to remove those items from the order. This saved me considerable unnecessary expense. I would absolutely recommend Sussex Installations. Five star service. Many thanks.

I highly recommended the Sussex Installation to anyone who is looking for best quality products with outstanding knowledge of service and exceptional, honest and friendly customers service along with value for money.

I travelled 4 hours away to get 4 deadlocks fitted to my Volkswagen LT.The service was brilliant. The whole teams as very professional. Done in the time they said and exactly as they said.Definitely worth the travel to know the job is done right and I am over the moon with the work carried out.

Overseas order and delivery to Melbourne, Australia was quick and easy. Whole experience from website, communication, parcel packaging and delivery was excellent. Top CX guys, thank you.

I found this company on YouTube and the video I viewed showed they really knew what they were doing. They are based in Eastbourne so not local to me, but I decided to make the journey as I wanted things done properly. I was really surprised just how good the work was, I had external locks fitted and no panels rippled, they fitted an alarm, immobiliser and tracker. When he showed me the work under the bonnet, I couldn't tell which was the new wiring loom compared to original. The attention to these details really stood out. I can't recommend them highly enough. If you have the same experience as me you won't be disappointed.

Good people to deal with and prompt delivery. Products fitted to the van very neatly.

A great local business, working to a very high professional standard of manufacturing and would certainly use them again.

Fantastic service! I had my vans security upgraded and they done a great job. They defiantly know what they are talking about

I took my transit custom to get the gold package installed + an added extra & I couldn't be happier with the result, they run through every detail so you know exactly what you're getting for your money.Very professional company & really friendly people! Thanks Sussex Installations!

Excellent service!

I have no hesitation in recommending Sussex Installations as an excellent firm for van security. Due to the well documented delays in the delivery of new vehicles I had been in contact with Sussex Installations since April 2021 ... I finally took delivery of my Fiat Ducato van conversion in January this year. During this time I had been in phone and email contact with Charlotte who gave good, clear advice on what I needed to improve the Fiat factory fitted security ...this meant secure key operated hook locks to all doors (cab, rear barn and side sliding doors) together with a Proplate on the driver's door (the only key entry point). On arrival at the workshop I was met by Danny who talked me through the installation process and the potential time-scale ... he also offered a lift into town if needed. The briefing was very friendly and clear. Later that morning I received a text to inform me that the job was almost complete (ahead of schedule) and that I could return to pick-up the van. I was then met by Matt who showed me the completed work and how to operate the locks. The installation was extremely neat and tidy. At this time I found out that Matt had also cleaned up some light surface rust on the door rail and a fair amount of small metal shavings which must have been the result of the window installation completed at the Elddis factory! Matt also offered advice on the products I needed to maintain the sliding door and as well as the locks he had installed. All the staff were very friendly, welcoming and efficient. I found the whole process stress free and am very grateful for the peace of mind offered by the added security.

Matt was very helpful, talking about van security, used them before on my old van , amazing service, would highly recommend this company if you don't want your tools to go in the middle of the night . Couldn't ask for more .

They tried really hard but never managed to get in the van . Good quality products. Well designed.

Got the side door security plate fitted to the damaged door and although it hides quite a large hole/ cut in the door you'd never tell, it looks factory fitted. Once again an excellent job by Charlotte and the team! When we change this van the first thing I will do is send the new one down to get the security plates fitted rather than wait for the inevitable damage and subsequent hassle. Highly recommended.

My son had the Gold Package installed on his van as he was broken into and had all tools stolen Sussex installations were very professional explained how it all worked in detail very efficient in the job, very helpful team I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing this done.

Brought transit side door security plate from this companyFast delivery and a quality itemFitting video on your website is very helpfulThanks!

Easy to fit, will be looking at other parts to increase security ,would use this company again.

Absolute fantastic service , well informed all the the process from ordering to final delivery. Can honestly say that working on vehicles is not my forte but with the precise video and information it was actually made easy . Also lock shields were of a high standard

Amazing, friendly service from a great group of people. Will be back in March when I get my new van

Friendly staff, products explained in detail. Highly recommend!!!

These guys really are excellent and deserve more reviews! Dealing with them every time we need deadlocks for our vehicles is never a problem. Always quick to reply to emails. Genuine and prompt, I highly recommend them from my experience!

I dont often write reviews but felt i needed to for these guys.Ordered the rear and side shields as well as the internal lock shield for my Vivaro after it got broken in to (i know.....horse, door, bolted, etc,).All i can say is wow. The products are very well made, the instructions supplied are excellent, and everything was delivered the next day.Took me an afternoon to fit both kits, but i did go super slow as you would on your own van and having not done it before. Very handy to have the uploaded youtube videos to use as a reference as well.Perfect and professional service !

Great service throughout, they even moved things around on their side to get my van worked on asap after a break in.Installer was great also, lovely guy that took the time to show me everything in a detailed mannerWould definitely recommend!

I have used this company a few times for van security the parts are good quality and service is very good

Charlotte was great on the phone and Matt and the boys did a great job fitting the locks in record time. Really lovely people who care, do a great job and know their onions when it comes to van security ! Well worth driving down to get the work done ! The hook locks and upgraded alarm system that Sussex installed for me did the job last night and protected my tools from the low life scumbags that tried and failed to break in. Couldn't reccomend their product enough. Thank you

Fast, professional friendly service. Would recommend to anyone. Don't be like me and do if BEFORE they rip your door apart and take everything!!

The whole team at Sussex Installations were more than helpful from start to finish ,they explained the various levels of security and advised what was needed for my new van . Matt called on the morning of the installation to say he was 20 mins away and arrived at my place of work showed me all of the components and explained the process . He worked with real care and pride in what he was doing . He went through the whole system with me on completion to make sure I knew how everything worked.A first class service a pleasure to deal with recommended 100%Thank you Matt and Sussex installations

Very professional and very fast delivery, the product is top notch and the Youtube videos are helpful

Due to a distressful break in to my son's food business van, Sussex Installations were contacted, quoted immediately and responded the next day with a courteous and professional service. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely delighted with the quality job the guys done, they are a credit to people who call themselves professional and they really are with a wealth of knowledge to go with it. From my initial contact with Charlotte to meeting the guys in the workshop everything was fully explained in detail before they started. I drove from North West London to the Workshop in Eastbourne and I'm very happy I did, we all (trades people)just want to protect our lively hoods and these guys are exactly what we need to put those extra layers of security on our vehicles to keep those parasites out that are causing this epidemic we find ourselves battling on a daily basis. So thank you to Charlotte for ensuring I didn't spend anymore than I needed to

Professional, friendly and fast. Hugely recommended to anyone.

Fantastic, quick and courteous serviceWould highly recommend

What a pleasure dealing with Sussex Installations, I never leave a review immediately but rather use the product first then let you know my views. The PLATINUM package I had installed is coming up for its one year anniversary and it is an absolute pleasure to use. It took a few days to get used to the set up but is very user friendly. So how was my experience? apart from the fact I had a million questions and my new van arrival date kept changing which Charlotte very patiently altered each time. The new workshop is huge and all the staff do know there stuff. On the day I arrived I had a few things added to my package, which was no problem. The install was a full day so I had a great day in Eastbourne. A full explanation was given and they insisted I demonstrate how everything functions. About 3 months later I unfortunately let the battery run flat, RAC popped out and got me going but for some reason my driver door was locked in the open position so therefore could not even close the door. It was a Saturday and I phoned Sussex Installations to be met with the answer machine, I left a message and thought they would never call back. How wrong was I, 5 minutes later Jeff himself called and he helped me resolve the issue over the phone, NOW THAT IS CUTOMER SERVICE!. In short they are a pleasure to deal with, but the best bit is you are kept up to date with any new changes they believe will improve your security. in fact I shall be adding to my security package soon. My thanks to Sussex Installations and keep up the great work.Steve Moritz

We travelled from Plymouth to Eastbourne and did not regret our decision as the company was worth the journey. We had the Ghost immobiliser fitted to our motorhome and all has been easy and affective to use. Would highly recommend.

This is our second van we have had Sussex Installations fit additional security, Mark the mobile fitter was brilliant and really cares what he's doing, Charlotte in the office swapped our appointment around as our new van was delivered late, would highly recommend this firm to anyone - thanks again :)

Excellent service from start to finish. Charlotte in the office and my engineer Matt were brilliant, providing a very prompt, polite, professional and helpful service. Matt's work on my van was excellent as was the handover demo. Thanks a million.

Would like to thank Charlotte and Tony on this occasion for a truly professional experience from start to finish, had the platinum package 2 years ago, after talking with Charlotte decided to add side door and rear door exterior plates and inner lock guards. Recommend to all for van security.Went back to Sussex Installations to have my second lot of work done on my van. Everything was explained to me before the fitting took place and when I picked van up again everything was explained. Having all the work done took around 8 hours however it was well worth it. Work carried out done to a very high standard. After sales is excellent as well. Would highly recommend to anyone who is thinking about having some extra security put on there vans to go to Sussex installation great team. Thanks for everything.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable. Keep up the great work on your YouTube channel.

I picked up my van Friday afternoon. Although I had fully comp the insurance company told me I wouldn't be covered for theft until I had extra security fitted. So a slightly worrying weekend then Monday morning I phoned Sussex Installations. They fitted me in that day and relocated the OBD port and fitted a security lock to it. Really friendly staff and a neat job done ? I couldn't have been any more impressed. Highly recommended. 5 gold stars

Excellent service, very attentive and a high standard of attention to detail. These guys really care that you get the best job possible. Highly recommended!

Travelled in from London today to have deadlocks fitted to my transporter 6.1 by Danny. Excellent service very friendly and knowledgeable knows his stuff and would highly recommend. Will most definitely be travelling down again for any future work.

I spent many hours researching locks and the companies that supply and fit them. Without question, my research pointed strongly towards Sussex Installations. They fitted deadlocks and hooklocks to my Campervan and the quality of the locks and the workmanship that went in to fitting them was exactly what I was looking. From the owner Jeff, through to the fitters who install the locks, there is a real sense of pride and care in what they do. I thoroughly recommend them

We recently had Sussex Installations upgrade the security on two of our vans, the team are very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended and will definitely use again in the future.

I travelled 4.5hrs each way and stayed locally overnight to have my van security assessed and upgraded by these guys, after watching some of their YouTube videos. If you want sound advice, high quality workmanship by friendly staff, great value and the best customer service going, I strongly recommend you doing the same!

Excellent service provided and a great product too.Delivery communication was fast and accurate, allowing me to be in at delivery (a rarity at the moment).Good instructions with a video also provided on their website to aid in installation.Quality product, well made. I have lots of confidence in it.Recommended.

The engineer was on time and kept me up to date on his whereabouts. A very good professional job. I would use again .

First class service. In fact I turned up with a jammed shut passenger door on my VW T4 that I had tried, in vain, for an hour to open. I suggested that I would take that lock away with me and get it fitted at a different time but after a few minutes and a bit of heaving from a few lads it was open. Really grateful. Recommend.

Brilliant !! The service was very professional , very friendly and helpful , done a great job .The office staff was friendly and made you feel welcome .

Thanks you Sussex Installation. I had them come out and fit Deadlocks and a Catlock to my van, the fitter Tony was a very nice and knowledgeable guy, who work was very clean. Charlotte in the office was very helpful even taking the time to call the day before to confirm my booking. If you are looking to add security to your van look no further, give these guys a call.

Well what can I say these guys are phenomenal so helpful as I turned up there first thing in the morning after having my van broken into. they were brilliant fixing a fantastic steel shield to the back of my van straight away really good quality product made on site to you suit you particular van.I can't thank you enough and I will be using you services again very soon.

In addition to the functionality the extra security locks for vans should be striking in order to create warning and deterrent effects to the potential car burglars. However, it does not necessarily mean that the locks have to be bulky and ugly. The locks from Sussex Installations are optically subtle, but not to be overlooked at all. Among many other van locks they are most elegant one without diminishing levels of security. The functional high level security of the mechanism is convincing by all means.Despite the German customs charges caused by Brexit, I am very satisfied with the purchasing, above all in terms of the quality of the locks. Thanks for the friendly contacts and quick delivery.Best regards from Germany

Great service from start to finish, i am based in London and the team from Eastbourne catered better than local installers. Will highly recommend and save contacts for the future.

Brilliant service by the team at Sussex Installations, really helpful with great service! The work carried out on my vehicle was 100% spot on, definitely be using them again in the near future! Well recommend. Thanks again

I started using Sussex Installations five years ago after watching a YouTube video showing their high standard of work. I don't mind driving down from London each time because the level of service there is always A+ class and the team there are very nice and helpful. Thank you for all the good work you've done on my vans.

Absolute top job and great service from start to finish. Super helpful and knowledgable with everything completed on my vehicle. Would definitely and highly recommend these guys. Really happy, thanks again.

Also gave a great summary of how everything worked afterwards. Great customer service, superb value for money. Thanks Charlotte & Danny for looking after me.

Great service and knowledge from beginning to end. Even quick to credit the charge for 2 installs as both vans were in the same place. Will recommend in the future and use again.

Bought a set of deadlocks, one of which was incorrect for the sliding door. They quickly sent me a replacement, which actually also turned out to be wrong. They then even more quickly sent me the correct one, with pre-paid return postage labels for the two incorrect locks.Charlotte was so helpful and courteous in resolving the problem. They also passed on some tips on how they fit them which was very nice. The locks are great.Great company to buy from, highly recommend.

Very professional team. Very pleased with the work done. Special thanks to Matt.

Great product. Arrived much quicker than expected. Ordered on Sunday, arrived on Tuesday. Happy van driver.

Top job done fitting locks to my van, I will be back for a full alarm system in the very near future. Many thanks Sussex Installations.

I had Sussex Installations working on my new van today! From the advice I got on the phone I upgraded to the platinum deal, its not cheap but when you take into account the price of ONE of my power tools its the same price as this deal.Very nice lady who explained to me everything on the phone, and booked me in!The fitter called me and said he was on his way, and when he turned up explained and showed me the products. Very polite and professional and started the job, and once finished showed me what he'd done.I'm very impressed and will definitely use again and obviously recommend to my other tradesmen friends. Thank you so much Jay

Great service and great quality of work. Will go again for more things to install. 2 hours of travel to them was worth it every penny

Great service today from Sussex Installations, I had a query with a measurement for one of the locks I was fitting to the side door of my Vivaro van, I called and spoke to Charlotte-wow! 1 minute later she had verified the measurement and sent me a picture of a van with the lock fitted. Locks fitted and all working great. Every company should have a "Charlotte" answering the phone! Thanks Shane

I'll make it short and sweet...I literally cannot FAULT Sussex installations! From just an enquiry, to meeting the staff, to every part of the work carried out, (explanation of system/installation) and finished article.. Faultless! They are very professional and an incredibly friendly atmosphere if you decide to wait while they carry out the work you desire.P.s they have Netflix and comfy sofas.

After searching the web to find a security company to install some locks to my new van, i stumbled across Sussex Installations.
