Important Update - Locks 4 Vans Supply Delays

We are currently experiencing significant delays in receiving products from Locks 4 Vans. As a result, Locks 4 Vans lock products may take several weeks to dispatch.

If you require locks urgently, please contact us before placing your order so that we can advise on current lead times and availability.

We do still have some Locks 4 Vans products in stock, and in many cases we may also be able to offer alternative deadlock brands of a similar quality standard. This means we can often still complete vehicle security installations within a reasonable timeframe.

Importantly, these supply delays do not affect the dispatch or installation of shielding products, which continue to be manufactured by Sussex Installations and supplied as normal.

Below is the latest update we received from Locks 4 Vans regarding their operational move to Rhino Products. Unfortunately, despite the planned transition period now being complete, we have not yet seen supply levels stabilise and we are currently unable to obtain reliable delivery estimates for incoming orders as of 31/05/2026.

L4V Production Moving 30th April

Dear Customer

As previously mentioned, Locks 4 Vans production, warehousing, and dispatch operations will be moving to the Rhino Products head office in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire. The last full shipping date from Gravesend will be 29th April. We will offer a limited dispatch service on 30th April, with an earlier order cut-off time of 2pm on that day. We strongly advise customers to place orders as early as possible during that week.

Normal service will resume after the Bank Holiday weekend, with orders being dispatched from Ellesmere Port from 5th May.

We can also confirm that the sales office, including both the customer service and installations teams, will remain in place at Gravesend. This means the team you are used to speaking with on a daily basis will continue to support you with all orders going forward.

Please note that collections from the Locks 4 Vans Gravesend site will not be possible after 30th April, and all orders will need to be delivered to a specified address.
