The problem? We are seeing a massive increase in cases whereby thieves are making a hole in the rear barn door of the Vauxhall Vivaro, Renault Trafic, Nissan NV300, Fiat Talento vans and attacking the latch directly!
The solution! This Shield is a development by Sussex Installations to give you a good cost effective repair solution if you have a hole in the rear barn door of your Vauxhall Vivaro, Renault Trafic, Nissan NV300, Fiat Talento vans. Our shield comes complete with gasket, stainless steel nuts, stainless steel washers and a fitting instruction document.
The standard size external repair shield is aimed at owners of vans that have already been broken into and need to cover up a hole in the back door. If you have a hole that is lower down on the door, then please take a look at our larger size shields to see if they are suitable to cover up the damage on your van.
If you are looking to make your van more secure than it is as standard, then we recommend our shield set to included the internal shield for this door along with other security products that we have for this model van (please see below for recommendations).
In addition to having our shields fitted, we would also like to take this chance to remind you to always double lock your van from the remote control so that the internal release cables will not open the door up (don't double lock your van if you have left someone inside of it, as that will not be safe for them!)
