SUSSEX INSTALLATIONS - FIA2-ALA-PIR - FIAT - DUCATO - DUCATO - (2012 ON ) - -
This is our Fiat Ducato 2012 onwards original alarm upgrade. This is suitable for all Fiat Ducato 2012 vans with an alarm system that was fitted in the factory.
This package will allow the factory fitted Fiat alarm to detect entry into the load area of the van via a PIR detector.
To test if your Fiat Ducato 2012onwards has an alarm system already installed, please follow these steps.
1) Press the lock button on your remote control once
2) Wait 2 minutes
3) Do NOT press the unlock button of your remote control, but insert the manual key into the lock on the driver's door and turn it clockwise into the unlock position.
4) Open your driver's door
If you hear an alarm at this point then this is confirmation that you have an alarm system fitted to your van, you can now press the unlock key on your remote control to stop the alarm from sounding. If you do not hear an alarm at this point then you do not have an alarm system fitted.

PLEASE NOTE THE VIDEO SHOWS A VW TRANSPORTER AND NOT A FiAT DUCATO. WE DO NOT INCLUDE THE HIGH POSITION SIDE LOAD DOOR SWITCH IN THIS FIAT DUCATO ALARM UPGRADE! as the Fiat Ducato has a high position latch to hold the top of the door making the peel and steal type of attack unlikely.
