External repair shield for the Rear Barn Door of the Renault Trafic (2001-2014). This product is to help secure the van from the typical hole in the rear barn door break in and the pull the handle off the back door break in methods.

Due to the unique and clever way that we have designed this product is gives some protection agains the two most common break in methods for this model van. The stainless steel metal gives extra strength and thickness to make a hole through the door skin attack and is a great repair solution if you already have a hole in your door. But what makes our product and design really clever is that this shield goes over the top of the factory fitted handle and fixes in place 12 x 6m studs, nuts and washers and so with this in place it means that all of these 12 x m6 studs, nuts and washers are helping to prevent a thief from simply ripping your handle off of your door (in order for them to attack your door latch). 

This Shield is a development by Sussex Installations to give you a good cost effective repair solution if you have a hole in the rear barn door of your Renault Trafic van and/or to make your Renault Trafic van more secure against this type of hole through the door attack in the future. Made from high corrosion resistant grade stainless steel and designed by us at Sussex Installations match the body styling of your Renault Trafic van, our shield comes complete with gasket, stainless steel nuts, stainless steel washers and full fitting instructions.

This is our Sussex Installations designed part (which is protected by design rights) and is not available any where else in the world! In addition to having our shields fitted, we would also like to take this chance to remind you to always double lock your van from the remote control so that the internal release cables will not open the door up (don't double lock your van if you have left someone inside of it, as that will not be safe for them!).
