Secure your Vauxhall Vivaro (2014 - 2019) by replacing the original handles with steel replacements that incorporate a slamlock. The original Vauxhall Vivaro handles are not secure!!
The Sussex Installations VAU5-SH replacement slam handle package includes:-
1 x Metal replacement handle
1 x Samlock
Internal shielding (amount depending on which doors you select)
March 2019 update: We have now priced this slamhandle kit to include the necessary shielding that goes inside the door (to protect the slamhandle cables). The reason for this is because the extra shielding is a really important part of the security on this model van (both if you are having slamhandles or not) and so we have decided to add the cost of the shielding to this kit by default. If you really no not want the extra internal shielding, then we can discount the cost of these handles accordingly, but we strongly recommend that you order the slamhandles including the internal shielding or alternatively that you purchase our Gold or Platinum Packages (which included deadlocks and shielding).
Once this is fitted you simply shut the door and it is automatically locked by the slamlock, then insert your slamlock key and turn to open the door. You can also retain your factory locking and deadlocking that is operated by the remote control for extra security (please watch the video below for a demonstration. Note this Video shows the older style model of this van, although the principle is the same).
The price is per door and the slam handles are available for both the side and the rear barn door. We suggest additional shielding to go inside your door for added protection. Particularly on the barn door if this product is to be used to enhance your vans security overnight and in high risk areas.
