19:30 -what's out there and what's best for you guys my main objective was to find out there to give you the main the main objective for me was to give you maximum
19:38 -profit margin and I think that's what park safe has done over the last couple of years you know we're still growing we're still looking at the market where
19:46 -we can improve all the time and I think most important the features features of the product to help you guys actually fit it and forget it and that's
19:54 -something that was very important for us all their products come with a three-year warranty in some cases we do increase that to different OE manufacturers Etc but I think most

26:49 -here well I I think this is great for the industry on the whole uh it's it's people getting together talking about where the industry is going talking about you know Innovation uh and that's
26:58 -what this show is for is to showcase the new things and and and get customers the the dealer base that's around the country to get excited about the market
27:07 -again and and we do that with the shows in in the US we have a a Big Show in the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas
27:15 -we have some other shows and it's really the stimulus for for setting the tone for the year is people get in they see what's going on they get excited they go
27:23 -back to their shop they get excited and talk to their customers and it's just a win-win for everybody so I I think this is real positive for the industry and I understand this is about twice the size
27:32 -of the show last year so that's again a very positive uh thing for for all so it's your first time at the show this year yeah absolutely it is and are you
