Mercedes Vito 2010 Broken Into - Armaplate - Handle Repair - Sussex - London & The South East, Online Shop & Worldwide Delivery
This is an unfortunate, but an all too common sight for us. A small hole, but with deadly consequence for the van owner if he had tools or valuables inside.
In the aftermath the owner may or may not need to purchase replacement tools, but either way he or she is likely to have to lose their no claims bonus, pay an insurance excess and be without their van for a few days while it is at the body shop getting repaired. The worst thing about this is that the same exact thing might happen again and again with future breakings.
Our recommendation is that instead of taking the van to the body shop for repair, is for us to straighten the damage out enough so that we can fit our Armaplate Handle Guards. We can also replace the Mercedes handle with a genuine replacement at the same time and change the internal release cable if required. We will need to know the extent of the damage at time of booking if you think that replacement Mercedes parts will be required.
