Looking back at this one ten years later, the business has come a long way since 2016: we now have our own factory with van security production machinery, bespoke premises, ecommerce sales, a warehouse, and a bigger team. But what this video shows me is the core team who are still with me today, and it shows that the values we cared about even back then were already instilled at Sussex Installations, and they're still here now.

None of that is new to us, it's the same thing I was talking about in this video before we'd grown into everything we are today. Watching it back, that makes me proud, not just of how much the business has grown, but of the fact that growth hasn't changed what it was actually built on.
